Our Shipping and Returns Policy

Our Shipping and Returns Policy at Dragon Fire Spices™
Our Return Policy

Dragon Fire Spices™ products (Spices, Condiments, etc) are perishable. Therefore, in order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food or spice product(s). All food and spice related sales are final.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us prior to attempting to return your items. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in. We do not offer cash refunds.

We will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Dragon Fire Spices™ is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

We wish we could guarantee proper handling and prompt receipt of shipments once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. If your item(s) are returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its food safety issues, we must dispose of the contents of the item(s) and you will not be refunded.

If we need to reship an item(s), you will NOT be charged any cost of the product or the Shipping/Handling. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited to the originating credit card.

If a product is damaged in any way by the shipping company, please send us a picture if possible of the damaged product via email to sales@dragonfirespices.com.
