This is our Very Hot Blend of Maple & Thyme Spice. Perfect for those that want a little more snap of spice. The maple and thyme flavors we use in this spice are All Natural. We grind the Quinoa into a fine powder that is the base for our spices and add Capsaicin (the pure stuff that makes peppers hot) in an exact amount so our spices are consistent in the amount of heat they contain.
